We are an industrial and distribution company specializing in sourcing, manufacturing, and distributing active in Switzerland & Southern Africa.

To complete our Mining Management Team (dimension stone quarrying), we are delighted to open the position for a Finance and Administration Manager.

Main Responsibilities

· To be fully accountable, for the accurate and timely production of the consolidated monthly management & financial reporting.

· To manage all accounting, and budgeting activities of the operational entity in Southwestern Africa (local).

- To ensure that all local statutory, financial & tax obligations are fulfilled.

- To supervise all affairs related to public Administration and manage legal issues.

- To implement accounting & operational processes and procedures with the local Team.

· To manage and follow up all administrative activities with the local Team.

The candidate ideally has a background in international trade and logistics.

Qualifications

· At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position.

· Professional experience in emerging markets (forex) and management of local Teams.

· Familiarity with local legal regulations, coupled with the capacity to adjust and conduct through research to acquire accurate information.

· Strong knowledge of the financial analysis methodologies and the accounting and reporting principles and requirements (IFRS).

Skills & Knowledge

· Strong financial analytical skills and quick data assimilation.

· Assertive personality with the capability to challenge various stakeholders.

· Ownership, goal-driven attitude, and commitment to achieving objectives.

· Communicative Person fluent in French & English. Portuguese is a big asset.

Working Condition

· Standard, fast-paced office environment.

· Personal presence requires business travel to Southwestern Africa (3-4 times per year).

· Hybrid 80 % (office Geneva)/ 20% (home-office).

· Part time activity can be discussed.
