Our client is a highly dynamic biotechnology startup with exciting growth prospects. They are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to one of the directors and the team on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, as well as the team's various meetings.
- Handle phone calls, email correspondence, and communications with company executives.
- Organize business trips, professional stays, and various events.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including the preparation of documents, presentations, reports, meeting briefings, summaries, and record-keeping.
- Perform office management duties such as mail distribution, coordination with suppliers, and ordering office supplies.
Your Profile:
- A Diploma in secretarial studies, business, or equivalent, with approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment.
- Experience in a startup environment is essential for flexibility and versatility.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
