Main Responsibilities

  • Providing admin support within Planning & Procurement team
  • Material management in SAP
  • Creating Orders and Purchase Orders per instructions
  • Checking order confirmations from CMO's
  • Updating open order lists & Material status changes
  • Booking goods entry as per batch record in ERP-system (SAP R3 MM)
  • Creating picking lists for warehouse transfers
  • Conducting inventory checks, quarterly reconciliations and adjustments
  • Tracking current artwork implementation


 

  • Commercial education or degree in business administration, logistics or procurement
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience, ideally in the chemical or pharmaceutical planning and procurement area, e.g. as a purchaser, buyer
  • Knowledge in SAP R3 MM, order and materials management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
