Providing admin support within Planning & Procurement team
Material management in SAP
Creating Orders and Purchase Orders per instructions
Checking order confirmations from CMO's
Updating open order lists & Material status changes
Booking goods entry as per batch record in ERP-system (SAP R3 MM)
Creating picking lists for warehouse transfers
Conducting inventory checks, quarterly reconciliations and adjustments
Tracking current artwork implementation
Commercial education or degree in business administration, logistics or procurement
Minimum of 2 years of working experience, ideally in the chemical or pharmaceutical planning and procurement area, e.g. as a purchaser, buyer
Knowledge in SAP R3 MM, order and materials management
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good organizational abilities
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
