Missions
- Work on interesting projects of varying complexity in new construction, refurbishment and fit-out across Switzerland
- Coordination of internal and external project stakeholders
- Negotiations with customers, owners, operators, contractors, consultants and authorities
- Project monitoring throughout project lifecycle
- Preparation of cost estimates and cost reports
- Preparation of specifications, coordination of tenders and their evaluation
- Direct, goal-oriented and adequate communication with all project participants
Profil du candidat
- 5 years relevant experience in Switzerland in project management
- Fluency in German and excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). Swiss German is an advantage
- Successfully completed education in project management, architecture or construction
- Problem solving and time management skills
- A self-driven personality with strong attention to detail
- The ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
- Motivated to be part of a rapidly expanding team and play a key role in the country development
- Experienced handling of MS Office, including MS Project
