GTR Revenue Growth Manager
- Lead the development and implementation of the RGM strategy for Lindt GTR.
- Train and integrate RGM capabilities across the organization.
- Share RGM best practices with Lindt subsidiaries and International Sales.
- Define and implement consumer pricing strategies by region and customer.
- Track market pricing trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Support global pricing architecture, promotional pricing, and new product launches.
- Assist in trading terms negotiations and manage pricing governance.
- Optimize and evaluate promotional strategies in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
- Enhance mix management at brand and regional levels.
- Develop and promote RGM tools for KPI tracking and analytical insights.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and the Leadership Team, for regular reporting and strategic alignment.
- Extensive experience in Revenue Growth Management or a similar commercial role within FMCG, strategy consulting, or retail.
- Strong academic background, with a Master's degree (or equivalent) preferred.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced numerical and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated leadership, change management, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English required; German is a plus.
