Batch Engineering Team Lead

The Batch Engineering Team Lead oversees the CTRL-M scheduler specialists within the IT department. This role involves managing various activities related to CTRL-M job creation and modification, maintaining existing CTRL-M chains, and enhancing both infrastructure and applications within the platform.

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in managing CTRL-M scheduler specialists or similar roles.
• Proficiency in coordinating team activities and managing team capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to improve delivery lifecycle processes.
• Strong skills in platform maintenance and evolution.
• Capability to critically evaluate technical and functional solutions.
• Experience in industrializing delivery processes.
• Excellent communication skills to report team progress and address issues proactively.
• Leadership in driving transformation initiatives within the team.
• Experience in budget monitoring.
• Proficient in updating Batch Engineering documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Organize the activities of the five CTRL-M specialists and manage the team capacity effectively.
• Develop and implement improvements to the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure the maintenance and evolution of the platform.
• Critically assess technical and functional solutions.
• Streamline delivery processes to enhance efficiency.
• Communicate team progress and address issues promptly.
• Lead transformation initiatives within the team.
• Monitor and manage the budget effectively.
• Keep Batch Engineering documentation updated.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.

Languages:

• Fluent in French.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
