• First and second level support (on-site and/or via remote support) based on ITIL Framework
• Top Management and VIP users
• Installation, maintenance and administration of notebook's, board/meeting rooms, peripherals and mobile devices
• Performing administrative support (e.g. access management)
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Escalating problems where necessary to management or third-party suppliers
• Keeping documentation up to date
• Backup/recovery

• 3-10 years of experience in end user computing
• Able to serve all end-users and to satisfy VIP users
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Pro-active user centric mindset
• Knowledge of Asset management, M365 and SharePoint
• Knowledge on ITIL framework and ticketing tool like Service Now
• Knowledge/Experience with backup solutions

• Very good German and English language skills
