Clinical Trial Associate
Main activities
- Assist the Clinical Project Manager for the administrative tasks related to clinical operational activities (essential documents signatures-)
- Assist in establishing and maintaining the Trial Master File in an inspection-ready state
- Ensure QC, accurate and timely review and filing of clinical trial documents in the eTMF
- Assist in establishing and maintaining the Sponsor Master File in an inspection-ready state
- Assist in creating, assembling and coordinating shipping of study materials and documents
- Partner with the Clinical Project Manager to ensure adherence to internal SOPs, policies, local regulatory requirements and department processes
Your profile
- High School Diploma or Bachelors degree in Life Science is preferred
- A minimum of 2 years clinical trial experience, within medical devices or pharmaceutical companies is preferred
- Knowledge of technological systems (Microsoft Office)
- Good organizational skills & detailed oriented
- Fluent in French and English
