Junior Sales Trader GER Graduate Program
- On-boarding on the Trading Room;
- Trading orders negotiation and arbitration for banks, wealth managers, asset managers, pension funds or other institutional clients;
- Bond issues research following criteria from the clients / prospects;
- Development and account management for professional clients with contacts, calls, meetings in face to face, business trips and financial events / fairs;
- Drafting notes about financial markets but also about calls and meeting with clients and prospects;
- Collaboration with the other internal departments (Operations, Legal & Compliance, Management);
- Participation in the day to day in the office.
- Graduated from a CFC, Maturity, Bachelor and / or Master specialised in finance, economy or business administration;
- A first experience in Banking & Financial Services in Switzerland within a department in Trading, Sales, Portfolio Management, Advisory or Operations;
- Good knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments, especially on bond products;
- Very good level in German or Swiss-German, speaking and writing;
- English as working language, French language as an asset;
- Knowledge on Bloomberg and SIX Financial Information;
- At ease with MS Office Suite;
- Knowledge of equities, bonds and structured products markets as an asset;
- Willingness to learn, proactive, ability to develop a portfolio and client relationships;
- Sense of confidentiality.
