Introduction
Assistant to the CEO and HR Director H/FWe are looking for an experienced full-time assistant to assist the CEO and HR Director of one of our clients, active in the Swiss and international industrial sector.
He/she will provide full assistance to the CEO and support the HR Director in his/her day-to-day tasks, and will play a key role in organisation, reporting and communication with external partners. He/she will provide a first-class service to our customers and partners.
Description de la mission
- Managing and organising diaries, meetings, conferences and travel.- Handle correspondence and routine day-to-day administrative tasks.- Coordinate communication with customers, visitors and partners (in the Director's absence) and welcome them.- Prepare and monitor projects in the Director's absence- Contribute to all projects and tasks according to his/her skills, at the request and/or under the supervision of the HRD.Profil attendu
Requirements :- Professional ethics- Time management- Communication skills- Flexibility / Adaptability- Pressure and stress managementEducation and experience :- At least 10 years in a similar position- Mother tongue English, French or German, fluency in the other two languages at C1 level (oral and written)- MS Office (advanced knowledge), ERP (AX, SAP)
