IT System Analyst 100%
This position is responsible for providing efficient and effective IT support for internal (international) users, provide professional solutions for complex IT problems and questions and works independent in different IT related projects. Besides first and second level support the focus is on more complex support cases (problem management, third level support) and project work.
Your main responsibilities:
Provide fast und competent technical support to complex IT problems and questions from users
Provide first and second level IT support both local language and English
Prioritize between project work and support tasks
Use experience to identify patterns in incidents and resolve underlying structural problems
Build and maintain relationships with users and other experts
Keep track using helpdesk tool of (the status of) issues assigned

Your Qualifications and Experience:
Commercial or technical education with profound knowledge in computer systems and applications
Further EDV education (PC-Supporter/in, SIZ) or equivalent experience
Extensive experience as IT Support Analyst (2-3 years)
Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of MS Exchange, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, MS Access, MS SQL
Basic knowledge of SAP and LAN Desk or other software distribution tools
Project management skills to deliver small projects and participate in medium sized international projects
Ability to perform well under large workload or time pressure
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner in the local language of the organization
Strong English skills both orally and in written form
