As an international commodity trading company, located in the center of Zug since 1998, are looking for the next possible date a
Senior Traffic Operator
This position offers you the opportunity of a senior operations role within the commodity business. You will be responsible for all operational tasks.
Your tasks
- Vessel chartering, bulk or container, in co-operation with our brokers, organizing truck and rail or release of material in warehouse.
- Arrange /collect payments. Opening and checking L/C.
- Keep track of the hedging position together with our traders.
- Coordinate material deliveries and stocks, documentation, invoicing, payments, client exposure control and claim handling
Your skills and talents
- Commercial apprenticeship or bachelor
- Sound experience in a similar position, ideally in commodity or logistics
- Committed and team-oriented personality with a high level of commitment
- Efficient, well organized working skills
- Fluent Business English (additional languages like German beneficial)
- Ideally intermediate knowlede of: Excel, Word, Outlook
