How you can make a difference:
Installation and commissioning of new Biobank and Compound Management Systems as well as stores in Diagnostic Laboratories
Training and technical advice to our customers
Repair services in the event of a fault
Independent planning, execution, and documentation of the work
Introduction of corrective and preventive measures
Interface with cross-functional work teams such as R&D, Customer Service, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Sales
That's what you bring along:
A degree in technical engineering or past relevant experience within a service function
Preferably a background in the Life Science market
Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
Accustomed to working independently
Customer-oriented and at the same time entrepreneurial thinking
You work reliably under time pressure, flexible and resilient
Fluent in written and spoken English. French is an advantage.
Driving licence required
The position involves international travel up to 80%. The focus is Switzerland and central Europe. Other regions may be assigned based on business needs. Assignments may be for subsequent weeks.
