Facilities Assistant - Generalist
- Ensure meeting rooms are maintained to a professional appearance throughout the day
- Maintain general office equipment and consumables (such as stationery), replenish with adequate supplies
- You own the appearance of your space ensuring it is a tidy and presentable at all times, maintaining it with daily checks and building walks
- Maintain and manage on site storage space
- Assist with Receptionist covers and Administrative duties
- Follow all company guidelines and complete internal documentation as required
- Execute interoffice transports with the company provided vehicles
- Driving license required for intercampus moves
- Fluency in written and spoken English language
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Displays proactive day-to-day problem solving, with ownership and pride
- A highly motivated individual, with excellent use of initiative and demonstrates a strong passion for service excellence and understanding customer needs
- Experienced working in the service industry in a customer facing role
- Strong technical skills required (handyman tasks)
- Basic understanding of planning and managing smaller projects
- A basic understanding of good health & safety practices. engages in Health & Safety culture
