We are recruiting a Omakase Chef - SACHI
Main Responsibilities:
- Must be proficient in the production of sashimi, tempura and sushi
- Must be proficient in the production in the traditional Kaiseki cooking method
Kaiseki cuisine, in Japanese kaiseki ryori, refers to a traditional form of meal in Japanese gastronomy, composed of several small dishes served together. The term can also refer to the set of skills and techniques which make it possible to prepare such a meal and which are comparable to great Western cuisine.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to communicate in proper English & French both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent overall communication skills.
- Able to multi-task.
- Training and coaching skills.
- 2 years experience in a similar position
- Prior luxury experience.
- The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for service, lots of flair and creativity
- You will have exceptional inter-personal, management and organizational skills.
- Must be of smart appearance with excellent personal hygiene standards
