To strengthen our teams in Data Acquisitions Operations we are looking for a new member on permanent basis, located in Zürich. You are enthusiastic about matters of Financial Data, Data Suppliers regulations, and Customer Services and you are prepared to take responsibility in projects.
This position requires a strong customer focus, and good communication skills as you will work closely with internal and external Stakeholders like Product Management, Business Analysts, Customer Administration and Data Compliance Teams. You apply your good knowledge of Excel and power point in various areas such as customer notification activities, Data Supplier reporting, process execution, customer support combined with insight in financial services, banking operations and financial information business (Stock Exchanges, Contributors, Revendors and Partners)
- analyze Data Supplier license agreements and implement into SIX environment
- responsible for cross functional operational compliance and quality assurance
- impact analysis and management of commercial changes on clients while liaising closely with internal stakeholders for required entitlement and document adjustments]]
- review and advise Customers, Sales and Customer Administration on Data Suppliers terms
- participate in customer projects as a subject matter expert
- federal diploma in business administration (KV), professional bachelor or similar degree
- at least 3 years' experience in financial services or similar. Working knowledge of topics such as market data, data vendors and information management is an advantage
- high commitment to quality, reliable, structured and independent working practices
- demonstrate effective communication and technical skills to bridge the business and technical requirements of the role
- fluent in English and German both written and spoken. Any other language (e.g. French, Spanish, Italian) is an additional asset
