Executive assistant (m/f/d) Management board
- In this position, you will collaboratively offer comprehensive support to the management in implementing and supporting business strategies
- Your responsibilities include facilitating collaboration among various departments and external partners, ensuring effec-tive coordination and driving collective efforts.
- Engaging in projects with internal and external stakeholders, you will handle tasks ranging from coordination and man-agement to monitoring performance and generating reports
- You are responsible for creating and preparing decision pa-pers, reports, and presentations for the board of manage-ment. Additionally, you will actively participate in various board and management meetings.
- Taking charge of proactive and timely inbox and agenda management, your role involves prioritizing, organizing, and preparing meetings with the necessary documents and in-formation to ensure smooth proceedings.
- Significant proven experience gained working as an Execu-tive Assistant to C-Level Executives
- Bachelor's/master's degree in business economics, market-ing, project management or equivalent
- You differentiate yourself through your positive, solution-oriented mindset, openness to change, high self-awareness and self-confident appearance.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent writ-ten/oral communication skills characterize you
- Given your involvement in numerous management meetings, it is imperative to possess a high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- You have excellent writing skills, are familiar with the MS Of-fice suite and adapt easily to different IT Systems
- You have a very good knowledge in English and in one of our local company languages (French or German) and you are used to successfully applying your intercultural skills in a challenging, international environment.
