Role Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be pivotal in managing the complete service experience after a charter sale on the HAUTE Aviation fleet or through sub-chartering. This role involves:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via telephone and email.
- Coordinating all facets of charter flights from initiation to completion.
- Collaborating with team members to meet collective goals.
- Providing after-hours support on evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.
Location:
Your primary workplace will be in our offices in Zug, with potential global travel to aviation events.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A passion for aviation and an in-depth understanding of the private aviation sector.
- A proven track record in private aviation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in multitasking, problem-solving, and stress management.
- Fluency in German and English (both verbal and written), additional languages are beneficial.
- Good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a VIP Flight Attendant.
- Extensive background in luxury service environments, such as 5-star hotels.
- Previous Charter sales experience.
