Your main Tasks and Responsibilities
Take on full responsibility for the products of the Product Unit Spinning Preparation

Develop the product strategy and keep up an innovation pipeline for the products including research of future features

Manage the development process from business case to series release

Maintain the existing products in terms of continuous improvement and problem solving

Be in charge of the Technical Product Management with a strong market and customer orientation

Manage the budget of Product Unit Spinning Preparation including warranty costs

Foster a culture that strives for innovation and continuous improvement of products, processes and systems

Lead, develop and motivate an international team based in Switzerland, Germany, India and China
Your Qualifications
Proven track record in engineering, product and innovation management

Degree from a Technical University or equivalent work experience

Strong project management skills, experienced in driving complex and large projects with an agile mindset

Familiar with international working environments, ideally with exposure to China

Comfortable in communicating and presenting in English; German or any other language would be beneficial

Enjoys collaborative team setting within a matrix environment

Willingness to travel 30-50%
