We are about to open our first stores in Switzerland with more to come in the pipeline across the country. In order to make this happen, we are looking for a:

** Real Estate Support Backoffice (m/f/d)**

Location: Basel City and surroundings.

Department: Real Estate & Expansion.

Reports to: The Support Employee is part of the Swiss Real Estate team and currently reports directly to the Real Estate Country Manager.


**About the Job**

The main focus lies on an accurate and efficient administration of the Real Estate processes and activities from Lead to Store.

**Areas of Responsibilities**

Real Estate Support

  • Screening of (standard) lease contracts.
  • Monitoring the expiration date of current lease contracts and ensure timely termination or extension of the lease contracts.
  • Mailings, scanning and archiving (original) documents.
  • Assisting the Acquisition managers in the process from Lead to Store, such as transport request, sales inquiry, IP preparation etc.
  • Enter new stores in SAP RE and ensure correct data input conform lease contract.
  • Ensure alignment with Action financial department in regards to payments of lease-, service costs, real agent fees, notary costs, indexation and credit invoices.
  • Operational support to the Director Real Estate, RE Manager and the Manager RE Support

Administration

  • Ensuring an up-to-date administration and archive of all Real Estate related documents.

**About You**


Education and Experience: Vocational education with 3- 5 years relevant working experience.


Languages: Proficiency in English(C1), fluency in French (C2) and a good level of understanding in

German (at least B2) Technical: Ability to work with different types of software's

  • Make proposals for efficient and effective working methods with the least possible complexity and implements these.
  • Demonstrates a high level of pragmatism.
  • Is very organized, is able to structure activities and projects, sticks to agreements within deadlines and according to guidelines.
