Internal audit and legal support officer - 80%

The candidate will assist senior management at a Single-Family Office with accounting responsibilities, legal support and internal audits.

Familiarity with accounting procedures, bookkeeping and legal structures is a must.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Implementation and strengthening of controls
• Administration of fiduciary duties adherent to AML standards
• Assistance in accounting procedures and bookkeeping for legal entities
• Review of legal and bank documentation specific to trust and estate planning

Skills and qualifications:

• Fluent in English, French and Spanish
• STEP diploma
• Experience of at least 5 years in Financial and/or Trust industry
• Single Family Office experience is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• References will be required

Location: Geneva

Salary: CHF 100’000

Rate: 80%
