CQV Engineer

CQV Engineer (M/W/D)

ready to join us in Switzerland to take up new challenges together!

WHAT WILL BE YOUR TASKS ?

Support of continuous improvement on process, and on Qualification and Validation projects.
Write/review Qualification/Validation plans, including DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ plans/protocols and final reports for utilities, facilities, laboratories, warehouse and process equipment.
Execution of DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, including protocol deviations, investigation, and corrective action activities for utilities, facilities, and process equipment.
Coordinate and execute FAT/SAT, commissioning activities for new GMP systems in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process workflows, Validation Master Plans, User Requirement Specifications, Turnover Packages, and other regulatory support documentation (CAPA etc).

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING WITH YOU ?

BSc/MSc degree in Engineering or Science - preferably in Chemical, Mechanical or Pharmaceutical Engineering or any related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Commissioning and/or Qualification and/or Validation in the Pharmaceutical industry (Clean Utilities, Process Equipment, Systems).
Knowledge of creation and verification of qualification equipment plans (FAT/SAT/DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ).
Fluency in English. Additional languages would be a plus.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in Delta V
Work experience in Europe / Switzerland and willingness to start working in our team soon
