We are seeking a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our client ´s team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will develope and deploy machine learning models that drive actionable insights and innovative solutions. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software engineers to understand business requirements and develop machine learning solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms that address complex business problems
- Preprocess and transform data, perform feature engineering, and develop strategies for data augmentation
- Evaluate and select appropriate machine learning techniques and algorithms to achieve optimal model performance
- Implement machine learning models into production systems or applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency
- Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance, accuracy, and robustness
- Conduct experiments and A/B tests to evaluate and validate the effectiveness of machine learning models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow within the machine learning ecosystem
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies
- Document processes, methodologies, and best practices related to machine learning development and deployment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data preprocessing techniques
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks for processing and analyzing large-scale datasets
- Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
- Understanding of software engineering principles and practices for developing production-ready machine learning systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their machine learning services
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex and unstructured data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development best practices is a plus
