The Role:
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the company's urban water engineering division, specifically within the urban drainage department. As a Project Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing projects related to urban drainage infrastructure.
- Providing guidance and support to established clients, collaborating with them to develop robust and sustainable solutions for complex drainage challenges.
- Working collaboratively within a team, fostering knowledge exchange and leveraging the expertise of various specialists, both internally and externally.
- Leading small to large projects based on your interests and experience, encompassing tasks such as conceptual studies, hydraulic calculations, stormwater management updates for municipalities and associations, pilot projects, developing guidelines and information sheets, and potentially participating in R&D activities.
- Contributing to a professional network focused on urban drainage technology.
- Actively contributing to project execution through regular field assignments.
- Supporting the division manager and mentoring junior engineers.
Qualifications:
- Degree from a university or university of applied sciences in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in project management, ideally with a focus on urban drainage or stormwater management.
- Strong industry network and familiarity with relevant regulations.
- Team player with a commitment to taking on technical and entrepreneurial responsibility.
- Open, honest, and a natural problem-solver.
