[Personnel and business-oriented management of the Orbit & Consumables category for insulin pump business., Independent management and further development of the category according to targets., Steering the result (P&L) according to the targets of the Product Area Infusion., Ensuring communication and operational day-to-day business between the interfaces of the Categories and surrounding departments., Independent planning of the personnel, technical and organisational development of the category based on the MTP and the innovation roadmap., Direct lead of product management & development team, Partner Management with Traveling: max 10 %. (Europe and overseas)]
[Higher education in business studies (e.g. MBA or Economics, technical background is a plus)., Leadership experience of multiple teams for multiple years., Experience in the production of sterile goods and medical devices., Very good communication skills., German language business working knowledge., Proactive production and development mindset.]
