- Operational Marketing & Communication tasks, including support to the Group-wide Corporate PPT Slides, Annual Report
and Advertising
- Corporate event management (invitations, lists, on-site supervision of suppliers, logistics)
- Support on Press Releases, Web Management, Media Monitoring and related activities
- Drafting and proof reading in FR/ENG (staff newsletter, annual report, various publications)
- Local and global Marketing & Communication projects
- 20% travel (mostly in Switzerland)


- Education in Communication and Marketing or equivalent experience required
- 3 years of experience in a similar role; preferably in Private Banking or Financial Services
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office; proficiency in Powerpoint a must
- Excellent English and French speaking and writing skills; another language of advantage
- Hands on, team player, excellent communicator, able to interact with all stakeholders
- Experience in Web Management and Social Media preferred
- Able to multi-task and contribute to projects under great pressure
