Job description
We are looking for a high motivated project manager, that is actively driving Supply Chain Digitalization and Digital Integration of our supplier base according to our overall Value Chain (i.e. from supply to delivery) Digitalization Strategy. In this role you’ll significantly contribute to the definition and implantation of our digital transformation. You’ll be based at our global headquarter in Baden, Switzerland and report directly to the Head of Value Chain Planning & Fulfilment.
With your open-minded and entrepreneurial spirit, your excellent project management skills, your ability to lead cross-functional teams as well as your digitalization know-how, you will have a large and visible impact on our value chain. You will be part of the business unit Supply & Value Chain Excellence.

Your responsibilities:
Drive Supply Chain Digitalization and Digital Supplier Integration according to the VCD Strategy
Optimize current solution and define together with relevant Stakeholders the future Supply Chain Digitalization set-up
Lead Projects / Initiatives and drive the digital transformation.
Leading cross functional project teams along all project phases (initialization, analysis, concept development, project implementation until handover to line organization)
Developing in-depth understanding of our processes, to find innovative solutions to complex questions.
Establishing partnerships with internal and external partners
Maintaining and enhancing internal customer satisfaction by offering dialogue and excellent service at all times
Your background:
Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with a profound understanding of upstream supply chain processes, technologies and digitalization
3 years of professional experience in the field of supplier management and digitalization project management
Proven know how in the area of digitalization of processes in supply chain / planning & fulfilment
Proven experience in project management incl. professional stakeholder management
Strong analytical and conceptual skills to analyze and solve complex problems
Experience with SAP R/3, SAP Ariba SCC/SLP and S4/HANA as an asset
Excellent communication and training skills to support and train employees at all levels of the company
Solution oriented, autonomous, and proactive working style. A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn
Fluency in German and English required
