Data Transformation Project Manager
As part of a new data infrastructure project, we are looking for a Data Transformation Project Manager to implement new ways of working and develop tools across 3 pillars: "Data Governance and Architecture", "Lab Digitalisation" and "Data and Analytics Platforms". This is to ensure optimisation and automation of end-to-end data flow: from acquisition to data analytics in the context of scientific research.. Impacted users range from lab technicians, scientific subject matter experts to data analysts / data scientists and R&D project managers.
You will be responsible for
Typical organisation of transformation project considering both project management guidelines and as well transformation and change management methodologies
Managing ongoing schedule and tracking of project deliverables
Facilitating requirements gathering, scoping, planning, risk assessment workshops
Supporting project leadership team with necessary communications, including status reports, facilitating steering committees
You will be expected to have
Prior experience as a project manager setting up new tools and ways of working in the context of data and analytics
Prior experience in running transformation projects
Trained and Certified with equivalent experience in Project Management methodology, Change management, Design Thinking.
Ideally experience withSnowflake as data warehouse and LIMS
Prior experience as a data analyst or data scientist or lab information management systems expert would be a clear advantage.
You will be proactive, with strong communications skills in English and the ability to organise tasks for the project teams.
