As a "Consumer and Market Insights Project Manager", you will be responsible for developing and leveraging comprehensive consumer and market insights to drive innovation, shape brand strategy, and enhance communication and customer experience. Your expertise will play a crucial role in informing key business decisions and ensuring a competitive edge in the market.

A Day in the Life of a Consumer and Market Insights Project Manager

  • Develop and drive consumer, market, and brand understanding for assigned HQ business areas, bridging knowledge gaps and leading research
  • Foster consumer empathy across the business team to inform decision-making and inspire collaboration
  • Translate business questions into research plans and work with external agencies to execute projects
  • Provide objective, actionable findings from research results to guide decision-making
  • Communicate results effectively to impact decisions at all levels, including leadership
  • Manage global CMI monitoring tools, driving adoption, training, and improvement
  • Serve as a reference for the tool within the Nespresso global insight network and Nestle CMI community


What will make you successful

  • University degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Established experience in Consumer and Market Insights (agency and/or client side)
  • Strong communication analytical skills
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative research techniques for innovation, communication, and branding
  • Ability to design research plans and lead projects with budget, supplier, research and schedule management
  • Curiosity and experience uncovering consumer opportunities and trends
  • Fluent in English
