Votre mission :
Your responsibilities:
- Office management
- Supporting Project Managers in their administrative tasks
- Office management and organization, including stock management, etc.
- Client reception
- Sorting and forwarding communications addressed to project managers
Starting date ASAP
Votre profil :
Your profile:
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar position preferred
- German/Italian or German/English mandatory. French would be a plus.
- Positive and organized attitude
