How will you contribute?
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams within a matrix organization structure (no direct reports).
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with global account objectives.
- Create and maintaining an innovative working environment that encourages teamwork, learning agility, and individual contributions.
- Facilitate effective collaboration among team members from different business units and locations, ensuring alignment with the overall goals of the global accounts.
- Serve as the key point of contact for global account managers, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Act as a liaison between the team and key stakeholders both internal and external ensuring clear communication, and understanding of project objectives and priorities. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to regularly reflect on their processes and outcomes and implement improvements accordingly.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the success of the product development process, ensuring that the team is proactive in addressing challenges.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical or Mechatronics); other degrees will be considered based on experience. An advanced degree is preferred (MSc, PhD, or MBA).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a global matrix organization.
- Broad entrepreneurial profile with affinity to technical, supply, marketing, and quality topics.
- Able to execute projects of significant complexity and uncertainty from concept through initial prototype with minimal supervision.
- Strong adaptive communication skills to structure and influence discussions within the team as well as senior management and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and rapid prototyping are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS365, DevOps, Project Management Software, and demonstrated ability to learn other business software.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Willing to travel (approx. 5%).
- Work experience in vacuum technology / semiconductors beneficial.
