Location: Hartford, CT
Salary/Hourly Rate: Depending on experience + Commission + Bonuses

We are recruiting for a Outside Sales Professional in CT (Hartford Preferred)
This is for a compressed air business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts within the assigned geographic sales territory.
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, sales lead follow-ups, and marketing initiatives, both company-driven and personal.
- Apply strategic selling techniques by planning calls, targeting specific accounts, and engaging with multiple contacts within each account.
- Utilize various resources to enhance and support sales growth and profitability, including CRM systems, smartphones, vendors, LinkedIn or similar business social media platforms, Inside Sales teams, Application Engineers, and marketing programs.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant industrial sales experience, preferably in the compressed air or HVAC industries.
- Highly motivated and a self-starter.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer technology, including hardware and software: spreadsheets, word processing, email, CRM, etc.
- Willingness to travel within the territory and for occasional training seminars.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
