Internal audit and legal support officer - 80%
The candidate will assist senior management at a Single-Family Office with accounting responsibilities, legal support and internal audits.
Familiarity with accounting procedures, bookkeeping and legal structures is a must.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Implementation and strengthening of controls
- Administration of fiduciary duties adherent to AML standards
- Assistance in accounting procedures and bookkeeping for legal entities
- Review of legal and bank documentation specific to trust and estate planning
Skills and qualifications:
- Fluent in English, French and Spanish
- STEP diploma
- Experience of at least 5 years in Financial and/or Trust industry
- Single Family Office experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- References will be required
Location: Geneva
Salary: CHF 100’000
Rate: 80%
Start date: June 2024
