What you will do:
- Support IC in the management of the Sales Quality Standards: prepare Client Investment profile documents for new clients and for annual review, document CRM reports in collaboration with the IC, identify the SQS issues, communicate these issues to the IC, closed and document the closure of issues in the system as per IC instructions.
- Help IC prepare for client meetings (preparation of presentation, collect products’ information – factsheets, KIDs, prospectus, term sheets...). Store evidence of documents shared with clients in the bank’s archiving system.
- Perform client related tasks such as the organization of documents for signature of different mandates, format and translate slides when necessary,
- Prepare presentation documents used for team meetings, client meetings, reports to senior management.
- Perform follow up on order book (limit orders, entry points, executions). Request opening of new securities if needed.
- Send the periodic ISPS publications (Quarterly Investment Outlook, Global investment views...) to clients
- Support campaigns by preparing campaign emails, translating documents, and tracking performance
- Update pipeline reporting tool, maintain MI used by Senior management to track commercial activity.
- Preparation for business trips (hotel and transportation booking) and help IC with follow up after the trip (expenses, review and update of contact reports)
- Identify corporate actions and communicate the list of impacted clients to IC
- Maintain a good level of general financial knowledge and asset classes and investment products
- Learn and understand the basics of asset allocation and portfolio optimization

- University degree
- Previous experience with in the banking industry 1 to 3 years is highly desirable
- CFA, CAIA or CIIA or equivalent would be useful
- Fluent in English, other languages
