Documentation Specialist/Business Process Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Formal review of quality management system documents (process descriptions, forms, templates, work instructions, etc.
- Creation and processing of the corresponding data in the system
- Creation of qualifications and training/tests in the eLearning system
- Change Control
- Ev. Creation of new Word templates
Requirements:
- Completed education (university, or commercial or similar)
- 1-4 years of professional experience in a regulated environment
- Understands correlations
- Very good knowledge of Word (can also define styles, create templates and forms, etc.), ideally also of Excel
- Generally good at handling and learning new IT applications
- Ideally, experience in Pharma or medical devices environment
- English and German mandatory
