• Lead a dynamic team of 6 professionals in production and procurement
• Independently oversee production planning, control, and work preparation, fostering synergy between our production, procurement, technology, and sales teams
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and delays, offering proactive, solution-oriented approaches
• Efficiently manage production orders through strategic personnel deployment planning
• Maintain critical master data within our ERP system
• Provide solid support to the production team
• Optimize process descriptions and work instructions
• Foster a motivated and highly skilled team of individuals dedicated to excellence
  
  Your Profile
  To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • A strong technical background with an FH/HF degree or similar in mechanical engineering, production, or process technology
  • Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing-oriented company
  • You have leadership experience and can apply this in a goal-oriented manner
  • Effective and convincing communication abilities, with a focus on customer experience
  • A collaborative team spirit, flexibility under pressure, and an ability to maintain clarity in challenging situations
  • Proficiency in both German and English
