Executive & Personal Assistant (FR/EN)
- Calendar and Meetings: Manage all aspects of the businessman's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient time management.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and organize all travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and local transport, ensuring seamless trips.
- Administration and Supplier Coordination: Oversee administrative tasks and liaise with suppliers, including:
- Tax filings and coordination with accountants.
- IT support and troubleshooting.
- Insurance matters and claims.
- Miscellaneous administrative duties as required.
- Property Management:
- Manage rentals and owned properties, coordinating with property managers.
- Monitor payments and liaise with contractors for construction projects.
- Art and Furniture Management: Organize the acquisition, bidding, payment, transport, duties, storage, and cataloging of art works and furniture.
- International Coordination: Maintain effective communication and coordination with offices in Luxembourg and London, ensuring alignment on various projects and initiatives
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a private office setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with property management and art collection is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT-related tasks.
