Senior Relationship Manager - Middle East
On behalf of an international private bank in Geneva, we are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join an evolving team.
Your responsibilities
- Bring and develop your client book while analysing the clients requirements and needs
- Develop your own network for client acquisition
- Meet prospects and clients, prepare client meetings and manage follow-up actions
- Understand product offering and develop ability to pitch also complex solutions to clients
- Develop your own value proposition in accordance to the banks strategy as a holistic advisor
- Provide to the client with investment and management advice/proposals, aligned with the client’s goals, assets and chosen investment.
- Maintain close collaboration with specialists to keep up-do-date with investment solutions and developments in the financial industry
- Keep accurate and up-to-date client investment profiles using internal tools
- Ensuring the plausibility and truthfulness of the client information, evaluation whether the client is at risk or not, responsible for the account opening process (identity check, KYC, World check etc.)
- Execute transactions, payments and other banking operations
- Open new accounts and follow-up on administrative matters
Your profile
- At least 7-10 years of successful experience in Private or Investment Banking working with High Net individuals, families or financial institutions
- At least 4-7 years as RM
- Excellent French and English, Arab is a great plus
- Very good knowledge of products, services and financial markets
- Entrepreneurial spirit, open to challenges and motivated to develop new skills
- Strong competencies in Implementing regulatory requirements; Drafting policies and procedures; Writing reports
- Team player, results and detail oriented, creative problem solving personality
- Specifics: AML, Counter Terrorist Financing, Sanctions, Fraud, ISR/SAR Process, CDB 2.0, Anti-bribery & Corruption, FATCA, CRS
