Global E-Commerce Specialist

In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:

Global E-Commerce Specialist

Main activities

  • Develop and execute a tailored strategy aimed at maximizing online sales of our dermocosmetics range across target markets, including Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK.
  • Identify and implement UX/UI optimizations on existing e-commerce platforms"”such as the Teoxane websites, marketplaces, and partner e-retailers"”to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience both online and offline.
  • Collaborate with the acquisition team to enhance marketing campaigns through SEO, SEA, affiliate marketing, and paid advertisements, all while driving qualified traffic and improving conversion rates.
  • Analyze performance data to pinpoint areas for improvement, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Oversee the online product catalog, ensuring the creation of localized content, including product descriptions and landing pages tailored to each market.
  • Manage e-commerce budgets to ensure maximum ROI from all marketing investments.
  • Monitor sales, website traffic, and customer engagement to inform strategic decisions and improve overall performance.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast of industry trends and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at expanding our e-commerce reach into new areas by analyzing market potential and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Spearhead discussions with potential e-tailer partners to enhance our online presence.
  • Any other specific mission that could be entrusted by Management.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within the cosmetics, beauty, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Expertise in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Salesforce Commerce, as well as proficiency in campaign management tools including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO and SEA strategies, along with a strong grasp of analytics and conversion optimization techniques, including A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Proven experience in managing online marketplaces, particularly Amazon, and country-specific e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience overseeing multi-country e-commerce projects, especially within the designated regions.
  • Excellent command of English, any other European language skills is considered advantageous.
