Are you a Business Process & Systems Officer with five years professional experience related to systems-support, business processes analysis or program planning and management? Do you have International development experience in the non-profit sector ?

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Business Process & Systems Officer to join one of their clients, a non-profit international financing and partnership organization, based in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
Amongst other things you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of the departments-owned processes (Funding Request Review and Recommendation and Grant Review and Approval) through ongoing monitoring, optimization, automation and enhancement of operational procedures and system solutions.
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- University degree in finance, business administration, information technology, information management, engineering or other relevant area with strong quantitative component.
- At least five years of professional experience related to systems-support, business processes analysis or program planning and management
- Experience with business process analysis and improvement;
- Experience with functional design of IT solutions for business end-users
- International development experience, including in an international organization, non-profit or private sector, an advantage.
- Written and spoken fluency in English and a working knowledge of French is required
