This internship with the Campaigns team, part of the Brand & Reputation Centre of Excellence (CoE), in Group Communications offers a unique opportunity to learn more about our mission, thrive in a creative environment and work in an agile way. Your contributions will focus on campaign coordination and support the team on various activities related to the design and delivery of existing and new campaigns.
During the internship you will:
Support campaign development, planning and execution with traditional and new audiences
Help create impactful, consistent and compelling communications activities around key events
Help align and coordinate regional activities and initiatives to leverage these for global campaigns
Collaborate across teams to streamline processes and achieve results (e.g. social media, corporate branding, media relations)
Join regular calls and meetings to stay up to date on ongoing activities and opportunities
Gather, analyse and review data via Sprinklr (social media management platform) and similar tools, to optimise the use of our content and channels to ensure we deliver high impact global campaigns
Coordinate the design and development of presentations, and communication materials for global campaigns that the team leads
Manage and publish content on internal comms channels in partnership with relevant CoEs

Furthermore you have:
Good knowledge of Google G Suite, in particular G Sites, Slides, and Sheets; knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint or programming skills are a plus
Possess excellent knowledge of social media platforms and key trends
Strong interest in writing, data analysis, and campaign management
Self-starting capabilities, openness to new topics, commitment, analytic skills and creativity

For this internship we are mainly looking for an enrolled student or recent graduate (within 12 months prior the start date) who’s passionate about and skilled in graphic design and storytelling. Your field of studies is in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public relations or related areas. First experience in the area of communications, event or project management is a plus.
The preferred start date is January 2025 or upon availability for 6-12 months.
The location is Switzerland, Basel with home office possibility.
