For one of our clients, a private bank, we are looking for a :
Security Masterfile Officer (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- Good execution of all tasks and controls around the asset creation and maintenance in the core system.
- Make sure that all instrument set-up and maintenance tasks are processed within defined timelines and Service Level Agreement.
- Make sure close collaboration with foreign teams and provide assistance when necessary
- Perform set-up and maintenance of instruments, including Pricing, within the core system when required
- Make sure the integrity of reference data within the Banking core system and all systems that are fed by it
- Make sure all tasks are carried out in compliance with internal and external rules, regulations and best practices
- Define, prioritize and work on projects. Provide regular status to Manager
- Make independent / educated jugments regarding appropriate resolutions of anomalies
Profile:
- Commercial degree, CFC bancaire or equivalent. Ideally 3 years of experience in the Banking sector
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English and French are required
- Experience in Banking Operations and knowledge of banking products/assets a plus
- Experience in Security Masterfile
- Experience with external providers (SIX Telekurs, Bloomberg, FundSettle) desirable
- Computer skills: MS Office. Bloomberg, Reuters or Telekurs knowledge desirable
