Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This position plays an important role in ensuring the efficient operation of our company and providing support to our team members.

The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and capable of managing tasks with accuracy and professionalism. At our company, we highly value teamwork and a professional attitude towards both colleagues and work.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and organizing executive calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings

  • Managing incoming calls and correspondence

  • Drafting and preparing correspondence, memos, and reports

  • Greeting and assisting visitors to the office

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering supplies as needed

  • Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments

  • Maintaining office filing systems and organizing documents

  • Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking

  • Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff

  • Providing administrative support

  • Receiving/sending documents

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or a similar position minimum of 3 years

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field would be a plus

  • Excellent knowledge of French, English and Serbian

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Cresus, Bexio or similar tool experience would be a plus

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work schedules

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
