Au sein du Centre Nutrition, Sport et Santé, le patient est au cœur d'une approche multidisciplinaire qui réunit tous les spécialistes sur un seul et même site :

médecins endocrinologues, diététicien-ne-s, psychiatres, psychologues, maîtres de sport et physiothérapeutes.

Pour notre centre basé à Crissier, nous sommes à la recherche d'un-e :

Activités principales :

• Prise en charge des patient-e-s en excès pondéral ou obèses, et/ou ayant des troubles du comportement alimentaire
• Préparation et suivi des patient-e-s bariatriques
• Animation et/ou co-animation de groupes (comportement alimentaire, diététique, information bariatrique, préparation à la chirurgie bariatrique et post-opératoire)

Profil idéal :

• Titulaire d'un diplôme de Diététicien-ne HES
• Expérience clinique dans le domaine de l'obésité et de la chirurgie bariatrique, un atout
• Prédisposition au travail multi et interdisciplinaire
• Connaissance et maitrise des outils d'éducation thérapeutique et d'entretien motivationnel
• Capacité à conduire et à gérer des activités en groupe
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques
