Analyst - Investment Banking & Capital Markets - Mid Market Investment Banking/M&A
You will focus on M&A but also be exposed to ECM, DCM and Leveraged Finance. You will work closely with your colleagues on origination and execution of M&A transactions with a focus on Swiss mid-sized companies across all sectors. This includes preparation of information memoranda, management presentations, pitch books, financial models and various other documents. You will be fully integrated into the team and given responsibility from day one, allowing for a steep learning curve.
You will join the leading Swiss Mid Market Investment Banking team at Credit Suisse based in Zurich. - Excellent academic track record and 1-2 years of work experience as an Analyst in Investment Banking or Transaction Services
- High enthusiasm for Investment Banking and keen interest in Swiss corporate landscape
- Technical knowledge of accounting and valuation techniques
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as critical outside the box thinking
- Outstanding communication and time management skills
- High motivation and willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to combine working under pressure with close attention to details
- Proficiency in German and English, French is a clear advantage
