As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's success by driving strategic initiatives and enhancing customer engagement across all touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative marketing and sales campaigns for B2C customer segment, working with colleagues from different teams and corporate levels. We are a team of dynamic and experienced marketing managers who specialize in designing engaging up/x-sell campaigns for B2C customer segment. Tasks:
  • Strategy Development: Utilize ongoing reporting and analysis of customer base development, sales channel performances, and funnel metrics to formulate strategic initiatives aimed at achieving targets
  • Innovative Marketing/Sales Concepts: Conceptualize and implement novel marketing and sales strategies to enhance conversion rates across all product lines and services, catering to our existing customer B2C base
  • Corporate Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior executives across various functions such as product, sales, marketing, and finance to establish corporate and business-level strategies and drive key initiatives
  • Customer Base Campaign Management: Oversee customer base campaigns activities, design engaging customer journeys and communication within our largest residential customer segment
  • Project Leadership: Lead multifunctional project teams ranging from small to complex projects, bringing innovative ideas to fruition
  • Project Ownership: Take ownership of projects driving the transformation and integration of our customer base
  • Operational Excellence: Support and empower our sales channels to deliver operational excellence and exceptional sales performance
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in CRM, project management, or customer experience departments of subscription-based businesses
  • Professional experience in Telecommunications, or related industries is a plus
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
  • Attitude: Possess a "Dare, Drive, Deliver" attitude with the motivation to effect change and challenge the status quo. Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve problems independently and prioritize tasks effectively to achieve targets
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in presenting and analyzing data, as well as creating actionable reports and plans
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuade individuals at various levels, including senior management
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English is required, with additional proficiency in French and/or Italian considered an asset
