Interim Accountant 100%
- Oversee compliance with internal reporting and statutory requirements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including bank and petty cash reconciliations
- Monitor credit and trade receivables and implement dunning process
- Record suppliers' invoices and employees' expenses
- Prepare and issue intercompany invoices and invoices to third parties
- Maintain record of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and statements
- Execute payment runs in compliance with aging policies
- Continuously improve the purchase-to-pay process
- Conduct intercompany reconciliations for European entities
- Complete monthly closing and reporting for three legal entities in Switzerland, France, Austria, and Germany
- Book period-end entries such as accruals, prepayments, and recurring journals
- Track fixed asset movements (purchase, disposal, depreciation)
- Perform FX valuation runs in the general ledger and sub-ledgers
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and statutory reports
- Support special tasks and project
- 2-3 years of accounting experience in a similar role in an international company
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills, German is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Flexible, team-oriented, self-motivated with hands-on approach
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
