You'll be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams to produce quality design work for our clients. You'll also manage senior-level designers, establish processes, estimate level of effort, and liaise with other Design Leads to facilitate knowledge sharing within our studio, and also across Europe and beyond. WHAT YOU BRING AS A SERVICE DESIGNERWe're looking for candidates that have a background in Service Design, and a proven track record as a Design Leader. You will have had experience leading teams and delivered design solutions for a variety of clients - our expectation is that you'll have experience in service design (design research, business design, storytelling) and have a portfolio that demonstrates your great work, and your ability to communicate a story.We would love to learn more about your:

Expert knowledge of service design methods, including design research and business design; expertise in stakeholder management and engagement

5+ years relevant experience, including experience in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Service Design Leadership.
High proficiency in English and German
German speaking and writing skills are a must. Please note that you need to hold a valid work permit that allows you to work in Switzerland.
