How you can make an impact:
- Establish credibility with current and prospective clients by demonstrating indepth and pragmatic knowledge of various operational and technology aspects of data protection, data privacy, information security and regulatory compliance
- Take a managerial role in coaching your colleagues, actively participating in the team strategy while supporting clients' data protection projects, applying not only your subject matter expertise and strong interpersonal skills, but also your project management experience and stakeholder management skills
- Apply innovative thinking to continuously improve and expand our service proposition by enhancing our tools, methodologies, and knowledge assets to sustain our leading market position as innovators in the data and cyber space
- Actively create and manage lasting relationships with clients, building on trust as the foundation for business success.
- Lead business development work through responding to client bids, extending/expanding existing projects, and market presence (thought leadership on Linkedin, via conferences or client events)
Who we are looking for
- You have a strong interest in the entire ecosystem of data protection and data management, an affinity to design and implement data protection strategies and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- You have 5+ years of experience in professional services advisory that gives you a deep understanding of data protection consulting in practice, you also have a proven track record in delivering largescale projects, both as a subject matter expert or as overall engagement manager
- You have knowledge of data protection regulations and are familiar with the latest developments about EU digital regulations
- You have expertise in technologies for data loss prevention, data anonymization, data classification, tokenization and encryption, data retention and deletion as well as management of unstructured data
- You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, certifications such as CISSP, CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, PMP or others indicating specialist capabilities, are a plus
- You are fluent in English and ideally in German or French

The Data Protection & Privacy team is part of an entrepreneurial, innovative and international team of 70 Cyber professionals across Switzerland. We are passionate about bringing best in class cyber and data protection solutions to our clients and helping our people grow both personally and professionally through trainings, mentoring programmes and on-the-job learning.
