Ihre Aufgaben
- Define the product vision and strategy for the IoT platform, based on market research, user feedback, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into clear user stories, epics, and product backlog items.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the overall product roadmap and business goals.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the IoT platform.
- Engage with users and gather feedback to continuously improve the platform's usability, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the IoT platform.
Unsere Anforderungen
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with solid experience in software engineering
- Proven track record (> 5 years) in leading and managing software development projects and, or software development teams
- Prior experience in developing IoT-Platforms and/or embedded connectivity software (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi) is preferred
- Solid experience with agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban) and continuous delivery
- Prior experience with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and relevant standards (IEC 62304 and IEC 82304) is beneficial
- Strong strategic, analytical, and technical skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
